CLACIS is an independent law practice operating in cooperation with full service law firm AstapovLawyers in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan, and plans further expansion in cooperation with law firms in other jurisdictions. Services include all aspects of competition law (investigations, audits, infringement cases, leniency, merger control approvals, competition law legal due diligence, antitrust litigation, distribution and contract related antitrust issues, public procurement).

— Representing clients before antitrust authorities of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and other  CIS countries in investigations, audits and in handling cases on infringement on abuse of dominance, cartels, etc;
